Scripps Institution of Oceanography / University of California, San Diego  Summer Learning Adventures Experience live animal encounters, hands-on activities and adventures in the field all week long or just for a day. Camps feature amazing sea creatures, tricks of animal deception in the ocean and the remarkable world of sharks, among many other activities. Older students also can learn to surf and snorkel. Summer Learning Adventure Camps are now accredited through the American Camp Association. This nationally recognized accreditation ensures the aquarium's programs meet quality standards and provide a safe and nurturing environment for campers.
